<p>I am experiencing an issue where users with the 'USER' role are unable to view quotes that have been marked as 'approved'. They can view quotes in 'waiting approval' and 'DRAFT' statuses without a problem. This issue started around March 3, 2026, and we believe the 'USER' role should have access to view approved quotes.</p>

<p>Ik ondervind een probleem waarbij gebruikers met de rol 'USER' geen offertes kunnen bekijken die als 'goedgekeurd' zijn gemarkeerd. Ze kunnen offertes met de status 'in afwachting van goedkeuring' en 'CONCEPT' wel zonder problemen bekijken. Dit probleem is rond 3 maart 2026 ontstaan en wij zijn van mening dat de rol 'USER' toegang zou moeten hebben tot goedgekeurde offertes.</p>
